Crystal Medallion Wooden Earrings – Daniel D. Brown, 2017

Believe it or not, these earrings for my wife @tam_a_ryn took most of the day to make. All wood and all natural colors (no stain or paint). Made from Padauk, Cherry, Purpleheart, Walnut, and Aspen. Cut on a scrollsaw. Heavily inspired by a design by @woodvibetribe (check out their AMAZING work!). Note: I based these off of @woodvibetribe‘s design for the simple reason that my wife said “make me some similar to these!” I’m not selling them.

Beatuiful Padauk wood!

“Owl Earring Hanger #2”, Daniel D. Brown, 2017

I decided to make a simpler Owl earring hanger – One that takes less time to assemble and is much less unwieldy to ship. i.e. one that’s actually worth it for me to make and sell to people. This first one was an experiment with home-made stains using vinegar and steel wool.

Note the hanging basket in which studs and earring backs can be placed.

“Dragonfly Earring, Necklace, and Ring Hanger”, Daniel D. Brown, 2013

This is my design for a dragonfly hanging armoire. It is all hand-cut from poplar wood, hand-painted glass eyes, mesh wings for hanging earrings, 8 hooks for rings, 10 hooks for necklaces, and 5 troughs for studs and rings.

I also designed an owl jewelry holder, which is also available for purchase.

“Owl Earring and Necklace Hanger”, Daniel D. Brown, 2013

I recently designed this earring hanger for my fiance. It was all hand-carved wood (luckily I now have a jigsaw), the eyes were hand-painted glass, and the wings have mesh for hanging earrings, and the hanging trough is for studs and rings. There are 10 hooks for necklaces.

I have also designed a different owl jewelry holder/hanging armoire that is for sale and a dragonfly one that is sold.
