I was once again accepted to show my artwork at this year’s Wings & Wildlife Art Show at the National Aviary. There’s nothing quite like sharing one’s wildlife-inspired art while surrounded by birds from around the world.
This was a little Great Horned Owl sketch, intentionally small (4×4″), quick, and low-detail, made to occupy me while watching the VP debate.

This is “Wookie,” a Linneaus’s Two-Toed Sloth that lives at the National Aviary in Pittsburgh, PA. If you’ve been there, you’ve probably seen him chilling with the toucans.
It’s a 10″x8″ drawing made with Gioconda Pastel Pencils.
